Processing time:

Please note that once you place an order with us, we aim to have it processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping based on your order value and delivery location:

  • Orders over $79 qualify for free standard shipping to the United States and selected international destinations
  • Orders over £59 qualify for free standard shipping in the United Kingdom

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the required amount.

Misdelivered packages and PO Boxes:

If you have concerns about delivery to a PO Box or specific address type, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost Packages:
